Community Centre
St Michael’s Community Centre offers a contemporary venue for the local community. As an extension to the popular 19th-century church, the centre offers a well-appointed space to host a variety of events. Music groups, coffee mornings, toddler groups, workshops and exercise classes all take place here. Businesses can also use the centre, for example for AGMs, and individuals can hire the space for christenings, parties and other family events (please note unsupervised parties for young people are not permitted). The centre was designed with high ceilings, natural sunlight from above, underfloor heating, sprung floors and good acoustics. There is a well-equipped kitchen plus disabled toilet and baby-changing facilities.

Church
St Michael’s is a beautiful church built in 1893 and is available for hire. It has been used previously for concerts, community meetings and theatrical events. It can seat approximately 320 people. Use of toilets and kitchen facilities in the adjacent Community Centre is usually possible. Two parking spaces may be available depending on the time, day and duration of the event.
